With EMDR, I can help you resolve those past experiences that seem to keep you in their grasp. EMDR uses eye movements to stimulate both sides of the brain bilaterally. Through EMDR, you focus on the traumatic event and reprocess it in a manner that allows you to replace it with something positive.

You can put the past in the past where it belongs. Once we identify the underlying problem, EMDR will allow for adaptive learning, allowing you to have a different understanding of what has influenced you in the past.

An alternate and effective way to achieve bilateral stimulation is using bilateral tapping. This is useful when doing EMDR in a telehealth session and is used if a person has eye problems or just prefers the tapping method.
